At JKWatches, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are eligible for a refund, please review the policy below to understand how refunds are processed.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be issued if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is returned in unused, unworn condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The product shows signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage
- Protective films, tags, or seals have been removed
- The request is made after the allowed refund period
- The product has been altered or tampered with
- Damage is caused by misuse or water exposure beyond specified limits
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Note: Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if:
- The product is returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging
- The product shows minor handling marks not affecting functionality
Important Notes for Watches
- Watches must be returned with all protective covers intact
- Any damage due to misuse, accidental impact, or water exposure beyond rated resistance is not eligible for a refund
