At JKWatches, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, manual, and warranty card
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use, wear, or physical damage caused by the customer
- Protective films, tags, or seals are removed
- Original box or accessories are missing
- The return request is made after the return period
- The product has been altered or tampered with
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with:

- Product name
- Reason for return
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be arranged by JKWatches.
- For all other return requests, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Important Notes for Watches
- Watches must be returned in unused condition
- Any damage due to misuse, impact, or water exposure beyond specified limits is not eligible for return
